His career spans senior Quality leadership, global and regional audit program management, supplier quality, validation, and manufacturing facility readiness across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

In his most recent leadership role, Volker provided strategic Quality oversight for advanced manufacturing facilities supporting biologics and cell therapy, combining regulatory expertise with operational leadership.

Throughout his career, Volker has combined strategic oversight with practical implementation, emphasizing risk-based decision-making, effective Quality Systems, and collaborative leadership.

His consulting philosophy is straightforward: Quality and compliance solutions must be scientifically sound, operationally practical, and aligned with business objectives.

Bea Carballo brings more than 10 years of professional experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing Engineering within regulated medical device and biotechnology environments.

Her career combines operational leadership, process optimization, and Enterprise Risk Management, with experience developing and managing business continuity programs, strengthening organizational preparedness, and improving operational performance.

In her most recent roles, Bea coordinated enterprise-wide Business Continuity initiatives, working across business functions to strengthen risk awareness, continuity planning, and organizational resilience.

Throughout her career, she has applied structured problem-solving, risk-based approaches, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable operational improvements.
